With over 75 employees, University of Cape Coast library offers full service to customers of any size. We meet the needs of academic, public, medical, legal, corporate, government and private libraries ... and of individuals who wish to bind a family history, favorite book, run of magazines, cookbook or thesis.
Putting efficiency and quality ahead of short-term profit has been the key to our success. We schedule regular two or four-week complete shipment delivery (or rush deliveries, even one day!) with consistently high quality guaranteed.

University of Cape Coast library processes volumes in accordance with the ANSI/NISO/LBI Z39.78-2000 Standard for Library Binding. We can sew through-the-fold, recase with original sewing and signatures retained, double-fan adhesive bind with spine notching, and oversew. All materials used --cloth, board, paper, adhesive, thread -- meet the ANSI/NISO/LBI performance specifications. Acme offers a full range of products in several binding categories: periodicals, books, paperbacks and protective enclosures. These binding options let the customer tailor their binding program to fit budget and collection use considerations.

The extensive computer system provides substantial advantages both to the library and to its library customers. The in-house automated network delivers unparalleled efficiency and accuracy. Volumes are bound on-time and according to specifications. ABLE, a Web or PC based binding preparation software package, assists libraries in preparing shipments and automates the management of their binding program. Expert consultation and bindery tours for administrators or preparation staff are readily arranged.
